We experienced an issue resulting in a loss of heat, sporadically throughout the course of about 2 weeks. While not directly their fault, Field’s Service has assisted us to the end! They ran various diagnostics, educated us on what to ask our local gas and boiler companies. After it was all said and done, it turned out the boiler company had a recall on the computer board and failed to take measures in alerting their consumers. We had Fields covert our home from oil to gas. First off, what a difference in savings, day and night. Secondly, the guys gave us 3 different opinions of boilers and water heaters, explained the differences between each, which made us feel very comfortable in making our selection. The job was scheduled at our convenience and only took 1.5 days to complete. In addition to everything else, they had respect for our home by covering the floors and cleaning up afterwards. They followed up a week later to see how our new system was working. Thank you guys, we will definitely use your services again!
