I have been without AC for two years. Casey responded very promptly to my request for an in home evaluation. He was very informative, professional, knowledgable and honest regarding my immediate as well as future system options. I was given the bottom line price and scheduled a service appt. immediately. Casey and Chad arrived as scheduled, put protective floor cloths down and worked basically non stop. They were GREAT and at the end of the day I had a wonderfully working new system. Casey also provided information on energy saving options as well as other resources to make sure my system was running as cost effectively as possible. I have told many people about Field's Service....they are definitely my go to company for AC and heating needs.

On one of the coldest winters our boiler kept quitting and after numerous emergency calls to the company we were using coming out, trying but not finding or fixing the problem, found FSI who specializes in dealing with our heating system. They immediately found, repaired and fixed problem, not knowing if we would’ve kept trying to work with the incompetent other company, they would’ve ruined our oil heating system! Used FSI for all cleanings and repairs ever since. Won’t use another company ever!

I researched other options with other companies and am SO glad I chose to work with Field's. I have plaster walls with no space for ductwork and it is unbelievable how they managed to get the high velocity ducts to every room without using up much closet space at all. This could have been a stressful installation with this old plaster wall farm house, but they had it under control and I did not have to do one bit of repairs when they were finished. Meticulous cutting of the plaster for all the ducts and everything perfectly clean. Ken told me what I needed and was willing to walk away from the job rather than do something that would not work or be as efficient. I have the utmost respect for his knowledge. Casey and Doug were so conscientious of keeping everything clean and neat and were so polite and hard working throughout the installation. I cannot say enough about this company!!
